Wine with an intense and clean red color, it has a young and fruity aroma, where red fruits take the lead. In the mouth it appears concentrated, with a pleasant texture, while showing very present tannins wrapped in a long finish.
Total destemming of the grapes, pre-fermentation maceration for 1 to 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25oC, followed by malolactic fermentation.
